The scenario

Slow, and invisible on a phone

The brief starts with an eleven-second mobile load and a quote form four screens down the page.

It also assumes declining local visibility and no client-owned way to publish new project photos.

Design and engineering direction

Rebuild, not redesign

The visual language can stay; the proposed implementation removes unused page-builder code and establishes a clear performance budget.

The concept uses responsive images, an enquiry path in the opening viewport and a content system the office manager could own.
