Online stores
built for customers

A good storefront answers the questions that stand between interest and purchase. We help organise the catalogue, make product information easier to compare and design the shopping journey around your products and the way your business fulfils orders.

What the work is for

Your project
priorities

  • Help customers find and understand the right product
  • Make delivery, returns and checkout information easier to find
  • Give your team a manageable way to run the store

The approach

How we
approach it

Our full process

Map how the store operates

We look at product types, variants, stock ownership, fulfilment and customer questions. The scope identifies the content, photography, policies and third party accounts needed before launch.

Design the buying journey

Navigation and filters should reflect how customers choose, not just how stock is stored. Product pages bring together useful images, specifications, availability and clear delivery information.

Check the complete order

The agreed checks follow an order through the storefront, checkout, customer notification and administrative view. Unavailable items, failed payments and mobile layouts need attention too.

Scope & handover

Included in
your project

These are typical parts of the work. Your proposal confirms the deliverables, exclusions and responsibilities for your project.

  • Catalogue, collection and product page planning
  • Responsive storefront and product detail design
  • Configuration of the agreed commerce platform
  • Agreed payment, delivery and notification setup
  • Test order checks and a store management handover

A few useful answers

Common
questions

Which commerce platform should we use?
That depends on your catalogue, content needs, staff workflow and budget. We review the requirements before recommending a platform. Platform subscriptions, transaction charges and paid extensions are identified separately from development work.
Can you connect stock or fulfilment systems?
We can assess the connection as part of discovery. The available API, account access, update frequency and handling of conflicting stock records determine what is practical. A particular integration is only included when it is written into the scope.
What do we need to supply?
Usually product information and images, pricing, delivery rules, business details and approved store policies. We provide a content checklist. Legal and tax decisions need to come from your business and its advisers.
