A project has its own agreement
The website provides general information about our services and approach. It is not a binding quote, an offer to carry out a particular project or professional advice for your circumstances.
An enquiry does not create a project engagement. The relevant parties must agree a separate written scope or agreement covering the work, responsibilities, fees, timing, intellectual property, third party costs and support arrangements.
Concept work and demonstrations
Rivet, Relay and Fieldline are studio concepts with working previews. They show design and development approaches using illustrative names and sample data, with no customer information displayed. The interactive examples on Home, Studio and Lab also use sample content.
Demonstration controls operate on sample data. They do not dispatch vehicles, submit real field reports, make bookings or provide a production business system. Do not put personal, confidential or operational information into a concept demonstration.
Project imagery may be generated or illustrative. It is used to explain the visual direction and is not represented as photography of a completed client project.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, KalkiCore Pty Ltd owns or licenses the website’s design, words, code, graphics, motion and brand assets. Third party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licences.
You may browse the site and share its links for ordinary personal or business evaluation. Other uses of substantial parts of the content, including republication, sale or adaptation, require permission unless permitted by applicable law or the relevant licence.
Use the website responsibly
Do not use the website to send spam, impersonate another person, distribute malicious code, interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised access or infringe someone else’s rights.
Only provide information you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords or sensitive information through the enquiry form. If you believe you have found a security issue, contact us privately before carrying out further testing.
